AI training and audit for retail chains

I train head office and store teams on Claude Code, and audit your processes to deliver a costed AI roadmap in three days.

Founder of Metagora, an AI sales coaching platform deployed in stores. Fifteen years of B2C and learning entrepreneurship, five years of consulting, and a spell in venture capital. Sessions and audits run on your own files, your own processes and your own numbers.

Metagora is a winner of Carrefour's Store Me Up programme (December 2025) and a finalist at the RTIH AI in Retail Awards in London, Training category. On the Du Bruit dans la Cuisine rollout, the simulation ran 6,800 times in three months with 100 learners across 20 stores, for +15 % revenue on the targeted range.

I have been building retail products for fifteen years. Since 2022 I have been running Metagora, a French AI sales coaching platform that trains store staff against 3D virtual customers. The product is in use at chains in pharmacy retail, luxury and specialist distribution.

Before Metagora I spent several years in venture capital, supporting startups through their funding rounds and post-round execution. Since 2020 I have invoiced consulting work through Souantino: back-office automation, technical feasibility studies, and business applications delivered in a matter of weeks.

This site covers the two engagements I run most often with retail clients: training teams on Claude Code using their own files, and auditing processes to decide what to automate first.

Two services

Train first, then decide what to automate

Training makes your teams able to produce with AI on their own files. The audit identifies the processes where that gain is highest. Each can be booked on its own.

Three Bpifrance schemes cover this audit

Bpifrance subsidises diagnostics carried out by an expert your company names in its application. These schemes are open to companies registered in France. The right one depends on your profile, and the application must be filed before any work starts: there is no retroactive funding.
